3. Order Tracking Once your package has shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can track your shipment status at any time directly through our website or via the carrier's portal. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving your notification.

4. Wrong Address & Undeliverable Packages Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
